A Place of Significance The Tokyo Tower observation deck. No one else is present, but large windows provide a stunning view of Tokyo, Japan at the dawn of the millennium. There’s a countertop with a large stamp attached by chain and a bright red inkpad for guests to get a commemorative stamp of the location. Seating available for guests to sit and rest, particularly those who may have journeyed up to the deck on foot.
Meaning => Hizumi had a climactic face off with his fated counterpart, Ayumu, in this location. Since Hizumi can only die by either wasting away due to genetic issues or being killed by Ayumu, he tried to convince Ayumu to either die slowly but happily with him or kill him on the spot so he wouldn’t have to suffer any longer; Ayumu chose neither, leaving Hizumi to die slowly alone. Hizumi broke the glass of the observation deck and jumped in his despair, though that was not enough to kill him, either. [Snow does not yet remember this]

As counterparts, they’re both able to understand each other far better than anyone else; unfortunately, according to fate, Ayumu’s supposed to kill Hizumi to prevent him from bringing about the end of humanity. Fortunately that was never on the table because it turns out they’re both clones who are going to die young anyway yaaaay.
