[You all find yourselves in a doorless, windowless lavender princess styled room with a large tea table in the center. There are carts with various teas, all the hot water you could need, three tiered dessert towers containing tiny sandwiches, scones, cupcakes and cookies. (Psst, roll a d6 every time you eat something and if you get a 6, it's actually super spicy!)

The room is cozy but comfortable, spread across the lace tablecloth is a simple board game and little silver figurines representing each performer present.

Performers are also wearing fancy new outfits! Try not to ruin them. ]

[Instructions:

1. Read the entirety of the Rules!


2. Add an icon to the board to track your progress


3. Keep a LIST of what your character is wearing and what the effects are, you WILL need this.


4. Start at your appointed time (IF at a scored table) and pause to calculate your turn in (if turning in) four hours after start. You can continue to play after 4 hours if you like, but you can only count what is on your character's person at the end of that first 4 hour window for turn in.


5. As characters roll ICly, they move around the board. You can use the princess list above as an order of who goes first if you want, but roll order is not that important as long as everyone is only rolling once per round.


6. Create new top levels for new rounds as you need them.


7. Game ends ICly once you reach the end of the board people often stop playing before then, either due to running out of time or just Being Done Now. Stop whenever you wanna stop, don't worry about it.


8. Have fun! Ping Aviy or Celi if you have questions. If we are not available for questions, just use your best judgement and err on the side of what is fun for you. This is a Have Fun Game.

Yeah, it's been a while, hasn't it? I've been meaning to check in on you, actually, but... eh... I've been dealing with some weird stuff from those vision things they give and just haven't found a good time.

Everything okay with you? The last performance, was it all right? I didn't attend and haven't heard much about it other than about a knife.

The performance before this was hosted by the Dame. She called it "speed hating", though in essence it was more like short term dating. Each participant needed to ask the other at least five questions, and questions either needed to be answered truthfully, or returned with a stab from the provided knife.

There were cards supplied to help with questions, though they were optional. Pink ones had soft relationship questions, red ones generally concerned intimate preferences, and black were hard lines and moral choices.

At the end of the date, you decided whether the other person was an acceptable match. If they were and you both agreed, the two of you would kiss. If not, you would part ways.

I went on thirteen dates, and refused all of them. Though I only used the knife once.

However, we could also choose who to approach, if we wanted to.

No. It's... predictive. All the changing variables, gathered together.

It makes sense, you know? Once you see all the puzzle pieces but one, you know exactly what should be in that empty space.

The "crown" seems to have a mild effect on my cognitive processing. But that fits the pattern -- cosmetics for internal changes, jewelry for behavioural changes, crowns for the mind.

Correct. It's not a euphoric at all, nor a relaxant. Hopefully not a hallucinogen. I'd compare it most closely to some kind of stimulant...? Though I don't know whether that's the effect of this crown specifically, or all of them.
