SUN SIGN
[The Showmaster leads you through the dark stage and you find yourself entering something that looks like a very nice and expensive classroom.
Each desk is spacious with drawers that you will conveniently find any important item that had been on your person or that you feel like you would need here. Each chair is cushy and swivels.
Sitting on top of the teacher's desk is a young girl, older teen / younger adult in age at most, hair that looks like mint cotton candy that probably reaches down to her ankles. She has a knee drawn up to her body, resting her chin on top as she scours the room of who arrived . . .
And then she looks at you all with pure judgment. You'll notice that her purple eyes shifts when she makes the scowl, it goes from a solid purple to a purple mixed in with this symbol in black also.]
Sun Sign, you try to act so heroic, but you're all a bunch of phonies.

Re: DISCUSSION
Previous to that, the role involved choosing whose journeys would end, but not providing that end themselves.
Re: DISCUSSION
Either way, in this life I've just been a layabout and in my past life I was either a curse or a blessing to the world at large, so yeah.
Not a hero.
Re: DISCUSSION
Either way, whatever path you want to pursue here is yours to take.
Re: DISCUSSION
And yeah, I figured that.

Re: DISCUSSION
Aster, for one. What with the whole "born to be some powerful thing people want dead" going on. Kid doesn't have a lot of people who have that experience to talk to.
Raziel, for another. Because of her visions involving things that aren't dissimilar to some things mine have. Eyes and shit.
So, no. It's not just Shura. Objectively, a lot of people on this boat are fucking nuts, criminals, or even just plain crazy. So being "normal" hasn't helped with very much at all. Or maybe, I'm just not cut out for it.
Maybe. I never was. And I kept trying to be. For stupid reasons. And it never helped.

Re: DISCUSSION
I still am who I am. And I'm always going to be that, even if I take on more.
I just think I hit limits on what I can do as-is.
