SIREN'S MELODIES

[The Showmaster leads you through the dark stage and you find yourself entering something that looks like a very nice and expensive classroom.

Each desk is spacious with drawers that you will conveniently find any important item that had been on your person or that you feel like you would need here. Each chair is cushy and swivels.

Sitting on top of the teacher's desk is a young girl, older teen / younger adult in age at most, hair that looks like mint cotton candy that probably reaches down to her ankles. She has a knee drawn up to her body, resting her chin on top as she scours the room of who arrived . . .

And then she looks at you all with pity in her face. You'll notice that her purple eyes shifts when she makes the scowl, it goes from a solid purple to a purple mixed in with this symbol in blue also.]

Poor, poor, Sirens, victims of one of the worst tragedies, and yet you also committed one of the worst tragedies. I can't decide whether to feel bad for you or to hate you.

It is highly likely that will be the case. It really is a matter how much of it you wish to endure personally, and if the answer is none, please know none of us would judge you poorly for it.

I am personally willing to endure it all.

Okay, but saying "you can stay out of it, but literally everyone else around you is going to full throttle it" isn't reassuring. At all. Because I still have to deal with the consequences of your actions five times over!

And it's not that I don't want to go about this in the most effective way--I do! I just don't think that getting it all right at the start is the best idea!

Would it be more tenable for you if we were to apply the payments gradually each round even when the result will inevitably be the same?

I still don't like the idea of going for a blackout, but compromises are better than being treated like I'm the problem or something.

You are not. Fear over the unknown is valid, as is wanting to mitigate the risks. For me, I need to know more about my past self and why they took certain actions, and to that end, I would do whatever it takes to know the truth.

... I still have three visions I haven't seen yet. And I want to see them and more if I can. Goldi's already seen a lot more, so...

It's not that I don't get that.

I just don't think you guys have to hurt yourselves overdoing it to achieve that.

Those of us who have risen to fame are already aware that success does not come without a price, whether it be our privacy of peace of mind. Or in other words – "no risk, no reward."

Yeah, and it's the management's job to tell the talent to not push it when it's not needed.

You are more than welcome to deliver this suggestion to Gray. I am sure he would agree with you in some respects, but if he were here, he would definitely wish to push for answers as well.

I happen to agree with his approach. We are not entirely disconnected from our past selves either, no matter how much we wish to be.
