Gameplay - ICly Known

Unknown is a game where players complete tasks without breaking a rule.

• Completing a Task gains the player 1 point.
• Breaking a Rule loses the player 1 point.
• The four Families with the most points (averaged) win.
• Participants from the two Families who with the most points (averaged) can additionally spin the Reward Wheel.
• Participants from the two Families with the least points (averaged) will spin the Trauma Wheel.

Point Spending

• 1 point to remove a status effect
• 3 points to gain an additional random task option
• 5 points to ask the game runner a question
• 10 points to remove a rule (must have correctly guessed a rule first)
• Rules can be guessed at any time, but an incorrect guess will cost 2 points

Gameplay - OOCly Known

• There should be a chat in discord set up that corresponds with your Timeslot + Table Number, please go there for OOC chatter.
• IC Timing matters, so no timey-wimey 'my character is ICly playing with 3 people at the same time' stuff for the duration of the game. If Character A goes off with Character B, in order to communicate with characters C and D he has to yell across the room or disengage from character A to go to where the other characters are.
• Because of the above is why we require participants to play the whole 4 hours. And, for the sake of your fellow players, please plan to give the game your full attention.
• Powers/Blessings are on, items your character would have on them are available. If your character tries to break the game please tap your game runner.
• Please be somewhat clear on what your characters are doing over just relying on icons. I.E. [Bob smiles] over just using a smiling icon.
• AV/AJ WILL BE WATCHING11! But also please feel free to ping us if you think we might have missed that you've completed a task.

Green Zone

[ This corner of the room has a bright green border around it that clearly delineates the zone. Well, that and the decor. The ground is covered in leaf litter, slippery moss, grass, raised tree roots perfect for tripping on, sticks, logs, even some rocks and bushes with thorns. It's a real forest out here with all the pros and cons of taking a nature walk. Dense trees pack together obscuring the ceiling but somehow letting picturesque dappled light filter through. Also there's bugs. Because it's a forest. ]

Blue Zone

[ This corner of the room has a deep blue border around it that clearly delineates the zone. There is a scattering of yellow numbered cards, bullet casings, some chalk outlines where bodies were and blood splatters. Yellow police caution tape is strewn about like tinsel and there's a cop car against the wall. Technically, it's embedded in the wall and no you cannot get into it, it's a set piece. ]

[ This corner of the room has a bold yellow border around it that clearly delineates the zone. The orderly desks, chalkboard against the wall and shoe cubby probably also give a hint as to the boundaries. This is either an Utena duel set or a typical Japanese classroom just like in your animes. ]

Red Zone

[ This corner of the room has a vibrant red border around it that clearly delineates the zone. Along the wall is a bar with bar stools, several glasses and some bottles. Unfortunately, it's all fake booze. But you can play pretend, at least and the set is the perfect recreation of a 'fancy' lounge, complete with faint jazzy music. ]

[Elegy and Wisteria are entering the red zone, arm in arm. Elegy now has human ears plus her regular cat ears and Wisteria is blindfolded. Also everyone will feel kind of aggro toward Wisteria, oops]
